Job Responsibility: Ensuring effective implementation & adherence of all IMS activities in order to meet company objectives & goals with specific to customer or management requirement. Lead all customer audits & internal audits as per IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 with action closures for observation during audits by proper analysis & countermeasure implementation. Preparing, Handling & submitting all PPAP & related documents (CSR Documents & Stage wise process SOP / WI etc.) to customer. Plan and conduct MRM with management & department HOD’s as per plan on basis of Monthly department wise MIS data. Daily leading the Internal Redbin analysis & closure report submission, Analysis on Top 3 parts of Top 3 defects from month rejection by Pareto analysis at month end. Co-ordinating with all customers (Sogefi, Baxy, PVNA, Best Koki, Dayco, Hella, Alicon, Hydac, Global, Sujan Continental, Yanmar, Mann_+Hummel, Hengst) on quality audits matters, Customer specific requirements, customer complaint handling and countermeasures with poka-yoke implementation. Monthly Customer satisfaction survey, Customer rating analysis and submitting the strategic plan in case of Quality rating below the required targets. Customer return part analysis & countermeasures implementation with effectiveness. Continuous improvement project with kaizens & poka-yoke to assure quality system adherence. Imparting training to the associates on Quality related topics such as CAPA, 7-QC Tools, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP etc. Monitoring Product / Process, Dock audit, Layout Plan Vs Actual, PFMEA Review plan, Coherence Plan, 5S Audit & Safety Audit as per plan / requirement. Supplier performance monitoring, New Supplier Assessment, Existing Supplier assessment & upgradation.
