Network Design & Optimization: Led key initiatives to optimize terminal layouts and improve material flow, utilizing tools like AutoCAD for efficient terminal design. Working across multiple Canadian terminals resulted in significant improvements in freight handling and yard utilization. This involved strategic input into both budget forecasts and project execution, contributing to long-term growth and operational efficiency.• Data-driven Decision Making & KPI Development: A key component of the role is developing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance. Working meticulously to validate data sources, identify inconsistencies, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Through the creation of user-friendly dashboards and regular reports, I effectively communicated complex data to senior leadership, supporting their decision-making process.
