Oracle HCM Technical Developer with progressively responsible experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), supporting large-scale payroll operations across both consulting delivery models and in-house HRIS environments. I bring a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing and take ownership of translating complex payroll policies, statutory rules, and business requirements into stable, compliant, and scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. I have strong hands-on exposure to Payroll Extracts, BI Publisher, and XML reporting, supporting both operational and compliance-driven reporting requirements, and ensuring alignment between payroll calculations, employee-facing documents, and downstream systems. My technical approach is grounded in strong SQL and Oracle Database expertise, which I use proactively to validate payroll results, analyze balances and costing data, support audits, and perform root-cause analysis for production issues, enabling timely and sustainable resolution rather than reactive fixes. In consulting environments, I have supported payroll delivery under strict timelines, participated in production releases, and handled high-priority payroll issues during live pay cycles, while in in-house HRIS models I have contributed to post–go-live stabilization, enhancements, regression testing, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at long-term system reliability. I collaborate closely with functional consultants, payroll operations teams, HR partners, and business stakeholders, often acting as a technical point of reference for payroll-related issues and ensuring alignment between business intent and system behavior. I am particularly interested in senior individual contributor or lead-support roles that offer greater responsibility across payroll system design, data flows, and long-term optimization, within consulting organizations or enterprise HRIS teams where payroll accuracy, compliance, and system integrity are critical.
