ABOUT LOGAN FELGER

I’m an energetic, driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building connections, solving problems, and has a passion for creating meaningful results.As a Marketing Specialist at Ryan Homes, I support marketing efforts that increase community visibility, strengthen our sales team’s reach, and improve the overall buyer experience. I started as a Marketing Coordinator, managing email campaigns across four divisions (Dayton, Cincinnati, Chicago, and Indianapolis) to drive qualified traffic and support growth. In my current role, I oversee email campaigns for the Cleveland East, Cleveland West, Cleveland Akron-Canton, and Columbus divisions. I also focus on organic marketing and website strategy within the Columbus division to keep our online and in person presence strong and easy for buyers to navigate.Before transitioning fully into marketing, I built a strong foundation in sales as an Insurance Account Executive, where I developed expertise in consultative selling, relationship building, and navigating fast-paced, goal-oriented environments. This experience sharpened my ability to understand client needs, communicate value clearly, and deliver solutions that build long-term trust, skills I continue to leverage daily.I graduated from Ohio University’s College of Business in May 2024 with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a certificate in Consumer Research & Content Marketing. During college, I held multiple leadership roles across recruitment, sales, and research, including positions with the Schey Sales Centre, the Center for Consumer Research & Analytics, and Alpha Kappa Psi.I look forward to connecting!
