As an Adjunct Professor, I offer graduate students, of the Human Resources Development program, a variety of courses including change management, organizational communication, consulting and executive coaching. I assist students in identifying organizational and talent performance gaps using strategic learning-based solutions to enhance individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. I integrate research with real-world experiences into the coursework with a strong skill-building focus.
