I am a systems builder at heart.My journey began in Jamaica, in a single-parent household shaped by loss, hardship, and early responsibility. After immigrating to the United States, I experienced homelessness, uncertainty, and the pressure to survive. Those years forged resilience, discipline, and a deep search for meaning and stability.For over 25 years, I have worked as a cybersecurity engineer—protecting critical infrastructure, managing complex programs, and overseeing multimillion-dollar initiatives. I am PMP certified and have served as a contracting officer’s representative, applying systems thinking to high-stakes environments where structure and alignment matter.In parallel, I built a real estate portfolio across multiple markets, focused on creating safe, high-quality living environments. Real estate became another expression of the same principle I’ve seen everywhere: everything is a system—and outcomes improve when systems are built with intention and care.My leadership is guided by presence, kindness, and reverence for people. Sustainable results, whether in cybersecurity, real estate, or life, comes from structure, alignment, and how I treat others along the way.My background in meditation, spiritual study, and professional life coaching informs how I live, lead, listen, and build.
