To manage the implementation of policies and programmes across the aquatic club network focusing on governance and directly engaging with clubs, counties and regions to ensure high standards are implemented consistently across England. Implementation of programmes include club affiliation delivered in collaboration with the regions to clubs but also the County Governance Code. I also work collaboratively with other teams in the organisation to ensure that an exceptional service is offered to clubs; in particular club development, safeguarding, judicial and legal teams. Furthermore, I am also an active part of influencing, planning and engaging with clubs to ensure governance is at the heart of their work. In addition, I also helped review SwimMark and set up a brand new diving club in the West Midlands in which I project managed but also led on all areas of governance.
