Working closely with the CEO, Jane Nickerson, I have set up the fundraising function for Swim England, the National Governing Body for swimming. Whilst working through the pandemic, we have still managed to bring scores of new donors to the table and created a healthy return on investment. Furthermore, as we work to safeguard the future of the nation\'s wonderful swimming clubs, I am working at a membership and 1-to-1 level with a truly significant number of clubs to support and empower their own fundraising initiatives. Next steps include programmes to increase participation (in the pool and poolside) of people from under-privileged or under-represented groups.
