After many years leading digital transformation, here\'s some things I know:1. It’s not about tech, it’s about the people. Driving a culture of delivering for users is way more important than having the latest cool tech (although modern tech is of course very helpful);2. Users are people. Design for people, address their actual problems with actual solutions that they will use and you’ll be fine;3. The project is just the means not the end. Don’t get caught up in how cool/big/important your project is. Be humble. You are not more important or more knowledgeable than your users;4. Find ways to translate tech language so your leaders and team can understand what you’re trying to achieve. Pictures help.
