ABOUT LIZA MACDONALD
I excel at creating new connections between individuals and across institutions. Through my leadership background in Event Management, Human Resources, and Recruiting, I have discovered that investing in relationships both personal and professional is essential for progress. As a graduate of the Hough School of Business at the University of Florida, I have relocated to Georgia to grow my experience in Human Resources. While interning with Target, I developed relationships with team members to efficiently lead and roll out a new initiative within the expanding grocery category. Leading a two-part orientation program for over 300 associates within the 21st ranked company on Forbes Top 50 businesses. In addition to these experiences, I have worked in the non-profit and local government sector which has prepared me with skills for large project management. Given my experience in both Human Resources and Recruitment, I look forward to building a career where I can create connections for potential talent in a company.
