In my role, I partner with Canada country level senior leaders and our Canadian leadership teams by actively participating in the development and/or support of business goals and strategy. I also collaborate with my HR colleagues across North America to build and execute programs that benefit our business across the region to foster engagement, inclusion and incredible employee experiences. We aim to develop and execute a people and organization plan, as well as manage the implementation of country/regional/global programs and processes. Finally, I provide change management support and coaching to people managers/leaders for capability development.
