ABOUT LIZ LEWINE
I believe hiring is a lot like sports: strong teams are built by putting the right people in the right roles, creating a clear game plan, and aligning everyone around a common goal. I’m a people connector by nature and a big believer in relationships. I love learning people’s stories and connecting them to opportunities that fit their skills, experience, and career goals. I’m also big on networking - it works. Some of the best candidates are not the most obvious ones. I’ve led full-cycle recruiting nationally and internationally, including EMEA and Mexico City/LATAM, across startups, media, entertainment, tech, real estate, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations. I’ve hired everyone from high school and college grads to executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, GTM, Operations, Technology, Product, Creative, HR, Accounting & Finance, nonprofit, and administrative roles. I’m hands-on and enjoy every part of the recruiting process — from search strategy, sourcing, and talent pipeline development to interview management, stakeholder partnership, vendor and agency management, and candidate experience. I bring structure and follow-through to every search, and I’m comfortable partnering closely with hiring managers to keep the process aligned, efficient, and moving forward. Alongside recruiting, I also run Liz Lewine Coaching, where I help teens and young adults become more work-ready and more confident about what comes next after high school, including internships, part-time jobs, trades, gap years, and first full-time roles. I also partner with schools on interview prep workshops. That work keeps me closely connected to what candidates need most: clarity, confidence, preparation, and accountability. At the end of the day, I love helping people move forward — whether that means helping a company make a great hire or helping a young person take their next step with confidence. And yes, I’m a proud dog lover, so there’s a very good chance I’ll ask about your dog.
