Creating a safe and supportive environment is a top priority for me.Office Design & Interior PlanningI lead projects to design and optimize workspaces that are functional, sustainable, and inspiring. I work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure our environment supports creativity, comfort, and collaboration.Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM)I oversee compliance with safety, and regulatory standards, continuously identifying improvements to enhance the overall workplace experience.Budget & ProcurementI manage the office budget and purchasing processes, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable choices without compromising on quality. I also maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate service agreements.IT Support & ToolsI support employees with day-to-day IT needs, troubleshooting issues and coordinating the purchase of tools that enable smooth operations.
