The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU) is a 90 million GBP multi-donor funded programme, supported by 130+ employees and implemented by Chemonics International, which strengthens the Ukrainian government’s resilience against Russian aggression and delivers essential support to Ukrainian civil society, media, and the private sector. As a seasoned Program Operations Leader, I oversee end-to-end program support functions, ensuring compliance with FCDO regulations, Chemonics policies, and Ukrainian law. I lead a dynamic team of 26, managing daily financial operations, procurement decisions, and client interactions (internal and external). My role extends to international and national recruitment, contributing to project efficiencies. I focus on project\'s Finances, HR management, and innovative solutions for optimal project performance. Ensuring compliance, I oversee the maintenance of personnel files and documentation. As the interface with the London-based Project Management Unit, I facilitate seamless communication on project operations and finances. Additionally, I serve as the primary contact for safety and security, ensuring the team\'s well-being.
