Lissette\'s experience spans pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, animal health, and consumer nutritionals sectors of the lifesciences industry. Lissette has worked across various therapeutic areas including oncology, neurology, cardiovascular, women’s health and GI disorders. Examples of experience include- Creating customizable, flexible, and user friendly forecasting and asset valuation tools for marketed and pipeline products - Prioritizing therapeutic areas and identifying molecule acquisition targets for a global pharmaceutical player looking to expand its foothold in the emerging markets- Supporting the business development group of a major pharmaceutical company on licensing deal negotiations, including those for the company’s largest co-promotion alliance - Conducting external portfolio assessment of biopharmaceutical companies for potential acquisition- Advising a global pharmaceutical client on life-cycle management strategy for blockbuster product- Developing long-term forecasts for in market products explicitly examining the impact of OTC competitors, generic entrants, launch of new drug classes, ongoing reimbursement and contracting changes- Managing the design and implementation of a portfolio management system for a leading medical products company- Designing long-term strategic planning process for niche pharmaceutical companyPrior to specializing in the life sciences, Lissette assisted a broad set of clients in the utility, oil and gas, and automotive industries.Lissette holds an MS in engineering economic systems and operations research from Stanford University, where she served as a teaching assistant in decision sciences.
