As a Poderosas Fellow with Poder Latinx, I am honored to be part of a program that is empowering Latinas to become the leaders and changemakers our communities need. This fellowship is about more than just increasing civic engagement. It is about elevating Latinx political representation and ensuring our voices are heard across the U.S. With leadership development and grassroots organizing opportunities, I am gaining the tools to inspire others, mobilize change, and ignite a passion for civic participation within my community.Through this experience, I am not only learning how to drive voter participation but also how to advocate for the issues that truly matter to us. I am excited to be part of a national movement of Latina leaders who are coming together to shape the future of our democracy and create lasting change for generations to come.

ABOUT LISBETH ARESCURENAGA
Proud mother, amateur salsa dancer, and the Director of Community Relations at Novle. I help good brands build meaningful and lasting relationships with multicultural communities. Born in Lima, Peru, I\'m currently deepening my understanding of human relationships as I work towards a Master\'s degree in Professional Counseling. At Novle, I leverage my expertise to foster genuine relationships between brands and diverse markets. Through Relationship Management, Community Relations, and Facilitation Counseling, I help organizations build effective, culturally sensitive strategies, and engage directly with communities for a greater impact. I balance my professional commitments with volunteer work in various community organizations and a joyous personal life as a mother. My 15-year-old daughter and I share the love of salsa dancing, ocean trips, and a mutual goal to visit the seven wonders of the world.
