Kids & Company is an expanding, entrepreneurial child care company with a focus on corporate partnerships. Child care is provided at over 100 centres throughout Canada and the USA. My focus is on the Kidco Kitchen operations, a new initiative launched in 2012.The Kidco Kitchen is Kids & Company\'s own in-house caterer. The kitchen is founded on a fresh-from-scratch philosophy helping to build children with healthy bodies and minds. Our focus is on fresh foods that are free of chemicals, additives, preservatives and unnecessary refined sugars, salt and fat. Kidco Kitchen menus represent ethnic diversity including a variety of textures, colours and flavours for the children to expand their food choices. I oversee all Kidco Kitchen operations from menu development to new kitchen construction. I manage a team of chefs from coast-to-coast in both on-site and commissary kitchen capacities. Kids & Company has commissary kitchens in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver as well as individual site-chefs who cook and deliver the Kidco Kitchen menu daily. Kidco Kitchen menus exceed Canada’s Food Guide and specific provincial standards.
