Holding my coaching clients accountable to their own goals and encouraging them, helping them do what perhaps doesn\'t come naturally nor is comfortable for them creates a success environment around our Keller Williams Mission Statement \"To build Careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living\". The satisfaction that I receive when someone reaches a milestone goal or sells their first house or gets their first listing is huge. A most rewarding experience for all.
