ABOUT ENMA POPLI

I am a global traveller and have lived the life of an expatriate. These experiences helped me recognise the need to adapt to new cultures and lifestyles. There were challenges, and at the same time it was exciting and gave me significant exposure. It made me understand that while competence and qualifications are a given, cultural sensitivity and humility are critical to building harmonious teams. As an ICF certified coach I work with executives dealing with or preparing for change. A new role, a different department, a new industry, a new team or just a new geography. There are many cliches on “change”. It\'s a constant, it brings opportunity, it\'s difficult… However, dealing with change is neither easy nor simple. I am a thought partner to my coachees, supporting and believing in them as they navigate this change. I don\'t have the answers but I help them find the right answers by asking them powerful questions and reframing perspectives. My clients are high achievers, experimental and restless. Rather than saying “if”, they are on a journey to find the ‘how’. Often they have more than one NorthStar. Through one on one conversations and my group coaching platform, Sound board I help them navigate their fascinating journeys. There are many coaching tools and frameworks, however I am partial to the Positive Intelligence model with the help of which I help my coachees respond to challenging situations with a positive mindset and work on the principle that our reaction to events and stimuli are driven by how we process them. I help them build self awareness, create insights and convert those insights into habits because I strongly believe the only thing that is a100 % in our control is ourselves,
