ABOUT LISA KAISER HICKEY

As the founder of DPRINT, a certified WBE, WOSB, and DBE, I have more than 40 years of experience in providing innovative and customized digital marketing and print-on-demand solutions for clients across various industries. I leverage my skills in business strategy, strategic planning, and digital marketing to create and deliver high-quality products and services that meet the diverse needs and expectations of our customers. I am also a passionate and influential advocate for gender equity and women\'s empowerment, with a proven track record of leading and supporting global initiatives and organizations that promote these causes. I served as the national and world president of the National Association of Women Business Owners and The International Alliance for Women, respectively, and I have been recognized as a Global Board-Ready Woman, an SBA South Florida Business Woman of the Year, and an International Advisory Board Member. I believe in using my gifts and voice to inspire, educate, and empower girls around the world to achieve their full potential and contribute to social and economic development. A world traveller since the age of 16, I adore experiencing cultures, languages, history and people. Since retiring, I have learned four languages and honed my skills as a Southern cook and gardener but remain a European sports car enthusiast. I have adopted new hobbies in genealogy and book collecting and have adapted to being \"Glammie\" to five grandchildren. I continue to believe every problem has a solution and will probably never outgrow my Dad\'s encouragement to \"never give up\".
