As Internal Communications Lead, I manage and evolve the internal communication function at Thatcham Research. I act as a central resource for planned, structured and empathic communication that supports our organisational goals and company values. I lead on strategic narrative and engagement with corporate messaging, ensuring colleagues are informed, connected and inspired- Championing the “Modern Work, Made Simple” campaign to simplify and elevate communication, collaboration and the way we work at Thatcham Research- Partnering with key stakeholders to align messaging and drive adoption of key platforms such as AiQ our intelligence and insight platform, Kudos, Bob, the M365 digital environment and more- Creating, curating and delivering impactful content through digital signage, SharePoint and a range of carefully selected and continuously reviewed internal communication platforms. The pace of change is fast- Leading internal campaigns, events and engagement initiatives that reflect our values and priorities- Trusted adviser to senior leaders, guiding communication strategy and tone across the organisation.
