As Partnerships Manager at Edurio, I work with multi-academy trusts across the UK to help them harness stakeholder feedback to improve education. Edurio is the UK’s leading provider of stakeholder feedback for schools, supporting over 1,600 academies to listen to the voices of parents, pupils, and staff and turn that feedback into meaningful action.In this role, I:* Partner with MAT leaders to understand their strategic priorities and show how Edurio’s platform can support improvement in areas like staff retention, pupil wellbeing, and parental engagement.* Support MATs, from first contact to long-term partnerships, focusing on consultative, trust-based conversations.* Use Edurio’s national benchmarking and validated survey library to help trusts move beyond assumptions and make evidence-based decisions.* Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Success, Research, and Product to ensure new partners see clear value from implementation through to impact.* Represent Edurio at sector events and through direct engagement with trust leaders, sharing best practice and insights that support whole-school and trust-wide improvement.I’m proud to join a mission-led organisation where values like growth, openness, genuine care, and ownership underpin everything we do.
