With over thirteen years of leadership experience, I’ve built my career on transforming underperforming teams and markets into top-performing powerhouses. My passion lies in identifying potential, developing people, and creating systems that drive lasting success.I currently lead PetionAI Solutions, where we take a partnership approach with companies to help them scale smarter through cutting-edge AI. Our focus is on streamlining recruiting pipelines, reducing employee churn, and optimizing sales performance — empowering organizations to grow efficiently while staying true to their mission.I’m also the co-founder of Prime Time Technical Institute, where we empower students to achieve financial freedom by teaching them valuable, income-generating skills and how to start their own businesses.Most recently, I launched The Growth Circuit Podcast — a platform designed to tap into the minds of founders, entrepreneurs, and high-level executives. Each episode dives deep into their journeys, exploring how they approach leadership, talent acquisition, marketing, and sales.
