ABOUT LISA WOOD
As the General Operations Manager and Marketing and PR Manager at GenZ Publishing, I oversee and direct the daily activities and tasks of a team of 30 to 40 staff and interns across five different departments. With more than two years of experience in this role, I have successfully recruited, trained, and evaluated the performance of new employees and interns, as well as streamlined the company structure and procedures to optimize the workflow and achieve the goals. I am also a multimedia artist and educator with a passion for storytelling and illustrating. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation and Interactive Media, and I have been featured in several publications and journals for my artistic expression. I have extensive skills in animation, storyboarding, manuscript formatting, book reviewing, editing, marketing, social media, and content creation.
