Formed a collaborative effort that united all nine into a truly cross-functional team who were then able to deliver a solution on time.\\\\n• Successfully implemented new banking architecture that processes 300k CC & ACH transactions/$17M YOY via Web & IVR\\\\n• Lead 1st M&A effort to create standalone Portfolio Company, migrating Payroll & Benefits functionality to parent company\\\\n• Collaborated with other program managers to create standard templates for project governance\\\\n• Oversaw Evaluation of Human Capital Management (HCM) vendor solutions to replace 14 existing applications with three new products– Payroll, ATS, and Primary HCM.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
