ABOUT LISA KAZEE

I was born in Sherman, Texas and spent several years traveling the world with my military family before we called Colorado home in 1977. With Allan, I share 3 kids, 7 grandkids, and 1 dog. Throughout my career, I have found myself in a variety of roles at Ent and have recently celebrated 36 years with the credit union. While each role played an integral role in my success, I have always kept a human-centered approach to leading that I credit to my longevity at Ent. I belief leaders set the tone and have an impact on employee retention, culture, as well as service. “Never lose sight of the member” is a phrase you often will hear me say. “If we aren’t ready, we risk not only our reputation but our future to serve our members”. It is this mindset that lays the foundation for the work I currently am honored to do. In my current position, I lead various concerted and concentrated initiatives to developing the next cycle of leaders. These initiatives reveal themselves through learning and development labs I facilitate due to extensive work with internal and external customers. Within these labs my true joy and passion shine through as I assist in building a “talent bench” of future leaders. I have been told I have a unique gift of helping people I encounter traverse the career jungle gym by preparing them for the challenges that lay ahead.
