I retain the same job role and my responsibilities will grow after the merger.As a service delivery technician is it my primary objective to make sure our staff have as little service interruption in assisting credit union members.I provide support in a variety of methods listed here- Directory permissions- Hardware troubleshooting - Software troubleshooting - Mobile troubleshooting - Xerox troubleshooting- End User Technology troubleshooting - On board new staff with their work devices- Quality service in a defined period of resolution
