Working as an integral part of an agile product development team and delivers a pre-agreed roadmap of features across mobile app and Web. Educates the wider business on the product vision and motivates the team in scheduling, design, and delivery of change.Responsible for delivering value to users and refining and scheduling work in order to deliver the greatest value to users. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on product performance.Working with SMEs from around the organisation and the delivery team to design market leading solutions, supporting Scrum events and leading workshops.Plays a key part in documenting requirements that meet the teams definition of ready.Drives and delivers against agreed roadmap of product enhancements.Works closely with an agile product team to produce an effective and innovative solution.Obtains SME sign off on prepared requirements and receiving demos/ delivering UAT on behalf of the business.Maintains a detailed sprint plan scheduling development work in accordance with product priorities and team velocity.Reporting on sprint progress and key feature delivery to internal sponsors.Provides regular updates to key stakeholders and sharing product vision with the wider organisation.Works with Squad Lead, Scrum Master & SMEs to maximise the efficiency of the team.Adheres to Company Risk Management policy and procedures, including reporting of incidents or breaches.Applies and promotes treating customers fairly (TCF) culture and principles, together with the organisation’s behaviours and values.Adheres to Company Diversity & Inclusion policy.
