I am currently running the Nine at College Park project which is a student housing project in College Park, MD. This two phase construction project includes both a new construction and renovation phase. The New Construction phase consists of a building 77 units built on top of an existing post-tension parking garage. The Renovation portion consistent of renovating 94 units in the existing building with the current gym also being turned into a 95th unit. All amenity spaces are getting an upgrade including the courtyard between the two buildings. This project is currently scheduled to be complete in August 2022. Prior to The Nine, I ran the Forest Glen Rebuild in Centerville, VA. This is a new-construction project, but a re-build of a building that had a devastating fire in Fall 2018. The structure was demolished, except for the slab (to protect the land underneath). Demolition of this slab is in the scope of services, with re-connections to utilities, and the construction of a new structure. Forest Glen Apartments is a four-story senior living apartment building with 119 units. This project was turned over in December 2020 which was an impressive 3 months ahead of schedule.
