As a strategic pursuit leader my primary focus is to take accountability for strategic partnerships, assemble and lead talented and passionate teams responsible for the consulting presales motion, driving business/technical requirements gathering, scoping, and cost to achieve for implementation across Microsoft’s 3 clouds. Partnering with colleagues accountable for strategic licensing revenue, my role enables me to work closely with customers to define OKRs spanning 3 horizons and build agile implementation models to facilitate traditional client vendor and “go to markets” scenarios, taking into consideration associated aspects such as IP rights and revenue share. As Microsoft continues to put customer centricity front and center, I am grateful to be empowered and passionate to work with new partners, and with MSFT’s internal engineering teams to think out of the box and formulate innovative solutions.
