With nearly 14 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Lino has built a reputation for driving operational excellence and leading high-impact transitions. In his current role, Lino oversees a diverse portfolio of multifamily assets, focusing on onboarding lease-ups and acquisitions while ensuring each property experiences a seamless transition and long-term operational success. Previously, he developed and scaled the Transitions Department at Mark-Taylor Residential, a 5-star multifamily organization and has successfully transitioned more than 130 assets under his leadership, including lease-ups, takeovers, and new acquisitions.
