ABOUT LINNEA JACOBS

A 29-year veteran of the real estate industry, Linnea Jacobs brings a depth of experience and skills to her clients. Past clients describe her as “…a problem-solver with an abundance of patience… honest and caring, …” They appreciate her expert buying and selling process knowledge, trust her experienced guidance and responsiveness, and feel comfortable knowing they have a partner to manage the myriad of transaction details. Prior to real estate, Linnea owned a printing & typesetting company; an entrepreneurial experience that honed her business, financial & strategic skills. As a result, during her real estate career she’s earned numerous sales achievement awards (Rookie of the Year, Top 5% National Sales) and respected industry certifications (ABR, ABRM, CCREC, CNE, GRI, SRES). Linnea expanded her career by earning her Broker, Managing Broker and Continuing Education Instructor licenses. She gained further experience through small brokerage ownership, property renovation, new constructions, real estate education plus worked on the leadership side of two major Chicagoland brokerages (Branch Manager, Director of Training and as the Director of Strategic Initiatives.) While these experiences provided Linnea a great body of operational knowledge, she returned to her original passion - working one-on-one with clients, acting as their resource for real estate questions, solving real estate challenges and helping them fulfill their real estate goals. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Linnea’s clients reside in many North Shore communities as well as various Chicago neighborhoods. Clients range from first-time buyers through transitioning, experienced sellers; her portfolio of experience includes condos/co-ops, single-family, multi-unit, investor, new construction and development. An active volunteer and Elder in her church, in her free time Linnea enjoys music, gardening and sailing.
