Over the course of his career, Bob Floss has served in many capacities on local and state boards as well as forthe National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Bob holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified RealEstate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI) professional designations. He was PastPresident of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, Past Chair of Government Affairs Committee “Public Policy”,Past Chair of the Property Management Committee, Past Chair of the Committee of Professional Standards,Former State of Illinois Licensed Appraiser, Certified in Training from the Community Investment Corporation tomanage multi-family property. Additionally, he was certified from C.I.C. industries to handle dispute resolution, alicensed real estate pre-license instructor, State of Illinois licensed real estate continuing education instructor,Ombudsman for the Illinois Association of REALTORS® with mediation classes from the National Association ofREALTORS® and served on the Commercial Alliance Committee. He also served as president of the MLS La GrangeBoard of REALTORS® and has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions.Bob is a member of the Chicago Genealogy Society and loves history. He is active in the St. Cletus Parish. He wasfounder and charter president of Countryside Rotary, co-founder of the Countryside Chamber of Commerce anda past Master of the La Grange Masonic Temple. He served two terms on the Lyons Township Peaceful SchoolInitiative Board where he was part of the Peaceful School Organization for which he attended special courses atNorthwestern. He also served two terms on the Des Plaines Valley Mental Health Board Association.
