I provide creative project management for web-based projects, B2B initiatives, and marketing campaigns for a publicly-traded health technology company. Key Responsibilities- Lead teams of Strategists, Writers, Designers, and Engineers in the development of digital and web-based products- Serve as clients’ primary point of contact and align team members with business initiatives and project scopes- Developed detailed timelines and milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget- Schedule and host kickoffs, brainstorms, check ins, syncs, and reviews to stay on track with deliverables- Proactively communicate expectations by providing meeting notes, timeline updates, and next steps- Create and monitor tickets on project management platforms like Asana, ClickUp, JIRA, and Confluence- Implement web accessibility best practices in order to meet Section 508 / ADA compliance standards and WCAG 2.1 requirements- Communicate regularly with C-level executives and external stakeholders from various departments, including the Sales, Marketing, Communications, Product, eCommerce, Partnerships, and Engineering teams- Manage and track projects through each stage of production, from ideation to final delivery- Review all deliverables and media files to satisfy campaign objectives, meet specifications, and ensure final approval- Ensure all digital content is accurate, consistent, and in accordance with brand guidelines and trademark requirements- Present web design updates via Figma and Keynote presentations during client meetings
