Increase the career readiness of Mason students, particularly those in the liberal arts, through engagement in career exploration, experiential learning (internships) and job search skill development. Manage all aspects of up to 15-20 sections of five multi-modal university-wide career-readiness courses and three courses within the College of Humanities and Social Sciences per semester, with maximum annual enrollment of 560 undergraduate students. Increased distance learned offerings by five sections and 250% enrollment.
