Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to effectively convey company news, business updates, change initiatives, and employee engagement- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to create targeted messaging that ensures clarity, transparency, and consistency across internal channels, enhancing employees’ understanding of company objectives and fostering a positive work environment- Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic communications, including town halls, crisis communications, and significant announcements- Partner with the Inclusion manager and Comminity Resource Groups (CRGs) to organize inclusive events and disseminate communications that celebrate diversity and share key insights- Work with Operations department leads, including Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Organizational Development, Staffing, and more to ensure timely and relevant information is distributed through proper internal channels- Manage all social media accounts, creating compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts to showcase our people and culture, while monitoring engagement via Sprout Social, and oversee Employee Advocacy program, providing pre!approved copy for employees to easily share with their networks- Oversee the intranet and coordinate with various teams to provide streamlined access to critical resources and enhanced knowledge sharing- Drive branding and media initiatives, including managing partnerships such as Glassdoor, overseeing promotional materials, and leading our awards campaigns.
