I work to establish and maintain a candidate pipeline by creating rapport and proactively following-up. I provide hands-on support for new consultants through the pre-hire and onboarding process to develop rapport and engagement from the beginning of their tenure. Lead a team of hourly consultants in their day-to-day work, provide coaching, host regular check-in calls, and provide resources and support. Selected for a project team to integrate an acquired company and their staff to Nordic’s culture, processes, and systems.
