ABOUT LINDSAY MCCOMBE

An experienced business Chair, Business Leader and Developer with Project and Cost Management experience with over 35 years working in the Real Estate & Construction Industry. A UK Board Director, Vice President and Service Line Director for Gleeds UK and US, Lindsay was responsible for leading projects in the USA, UK & Continental Europe. He brought considerable experience of residential, education, retail, commercial, hotel and industrial sectors for major blue-chip organizations and developers such as One Wall Street, KKR, Deutsche Bank, Avenues The World School, Marks & Spencer plc, Boots the Chemist, Prosperous Global China, Hammerson, THI plc, IM/Spitfire Homes, Seven Capital, Court Collaboration, Jaguar Land Rover, Ballymore, Hines, British Telecom, The NEC Group, including Universities such as Warwick, Coventry and University College Birmingham. In 2003 created and developed a national property consultancy business prior to selling it to Gleeds in 2009. Has lead and managed major Project Teams, been responsible for Standalone offices in Glasgow and Birmingham as well as serving as the Chair of the Gleeds Central Area geographic business unit. I Servced on the Gleeds UK Board for 4 years before relocating to the Gleeds New York Office leading the Cost Management Unit as a Vice President of the Company. In New York the key focus was to help grow the Gleeds business in the USA by using international relationships and knowledge of the Gleeds business experience and capability to help deliver business growth while providing a high class project and cost management services to International and US based clients.
