I create programs that unite experiential pedagogy with evidence-based practice, empowering professional coaches to promote psychological flexibility, effective communication, and values-aligned action for the diverse populations of clients they serve.As Coach Learning & Development Lead at Lyra Health, I work in close partnership with clinical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement the curricula for Lyra’s global Mental Health Coaching Program. I train and support hundreds of professional coaches worldwide in empirically grounded models of care, emphasizing rigor, cultural responsiveness, and real-world application.Beyond Lyra, I am an ICF PCC-certified mental health coach with specialized training in somatic coaching from the Strozzi Institute, a faculty member with the Hakomi Somatic Coaching Program, and a private practice coach since 2018.A former award-winning actor and arts educator, I hold an MFA in Theatre and bring creativity and presence into every learning space I facilitate.
