ABOUT LINDA MUNEKA
Linda Muneka is the Vice President for Robert Half’s Management Resources practice, leading the tactical execution of operational initiatives and go-to-market strategy across more than 90 offices in North America. In this role, she serves as an internal consultant to Management Resources teams - driving performance, elevating talent delivery, and enabling stronger outcomes for clients.Since joining Robert Half in 2015, Linda has advanced quickly by translating market and data-driven insights into practical, scalable strategies. She has grown emerging teams to triple-digit performance, supported mature teams in sustaining eight-figure books of business, and helped thousands of clients navigate transformational initiatives in governance, risk and compliance, technical accounting, financial systems, and cash and cost management. Before joining Robert Half, Linda worked in strategy and operations in the technology sector, where she helped scale early-stage companies across marketing, sales, and operations.A people-first leader, Linda is an active member of the Global Women’s Employee Network (GWEN) and a committed mentor to early-career professionals. She has been recognized by Women We Admire as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Toronto in 2023, 2024, and 2025.Having spent twenty years in China and Malaysia, Linda is fluent in Mandarin, Albanian, and English. She holds a Master of International Business from Queen’s University.
