Managed the equipment and personnel move of a large commercial laboratory to the newly renovated building while ensuring no turn-around-time delays during large-volume commercial processing of samples. • Structured the governance model for a new program and led teams to work cross-functionally, with transparency, urgency, and goal-oriented results. • Managed program of quality, efficiency, capacity, and safety optimization projects for genetic testing sample preparation laboratory. • Structured and categorized SOP and training processes for 3 clinical laboratories. • Led third party and in-house executive teams to track development milestones and document change control for custom automation equipment contract. • Led pre-approval inspection readiness for GCP and GMP groups for a new Rare Disease drug launch.
