I am passionate about serving my company and clients in the areas of inclusion and diversity and have co-led an Inclusion Network for several years. My day-to-day contacts include C-suite and senior executives in the human resources, finance, and business leadership areas of multi-billion dollar global organizations. Through this position I have greatly enhanced my subject matter knowledge in the areas of benefits (both health care and retirement) and risk as well as maintained my strong compensation background. I previously served as a Director, Executive Compensation where I focused on helping organizations to strategize, develop and execute C-suite and outside director compensation philosophies and incentive plan designs, as well as transaction-based pay. In addition to my agile leadership and consulting skills, I bring a strong technical and educational background. I earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and am a CPA and CCP. After a thorough candidate applicant process, I was chosen to serve on my local school district’s Superintendent Council for Equitable Education. My work on the Council includes advocacy for all students including not only those with unique cultural backgrounds, but also for students with disabilities (both visible and invisible).
