Ramblin Express is an established, Colorado-owned transportation company where I’ve been at the forefront of modernizing both its internal infrastructure and external customer experience. I led the complete transformation of our employee bus pass system- from paper ticketing to a digital, scan-based platform, while also implementing a streamlined invoicing and reporting process that improved transparency for our employer partners.In my role as client success manager, I oversee relationships with 18 casino- and employer clients across Colorado, ensuring the success of the Casino Shuttle program through consistent service coordination, client support, and billing. I also stepped in as acting salesperson, redesigned the quoting and sales workflows to improve team efficiency.This role has challenged me to operate across multiple disciplines—sales, strategy, digital, and client management—while building scalable systems and setting the foundation for continued growth.
