I have extensive communications and related experience in developing content that drives revenue and increases customer and public awareness of products and services. I\'m also an award-winning author of non-fiction books. My newest book, Beyond Loss in a Pandemic: Find Hope and Move Through Grief After Someone Close to You Dies, was an Amazon #1 Best Seller, received a 5-Star Review from the Manhattan Book Review, and won a Gold Global Book Award. Here are some highlights of my experience- Develop marketing strategies, content, and PR for goLance and other companies that have helped to increase their presence in the marketplace and drive revenue- Developed and implemented thought leadership, marketing, branding strategies, and content for Survox (formerly known as CFMC). These activities supported the company\'s Survox solutions and services for market research and opinion polling organizations- Launched and managed the Thought Leadership Council for BMC Software, a group of industry experts focused on information technology issues and trends.
