I currently serve as HR Business Partner for a social enterprise organisation, in which I collaborate closely with senior leadership team and line managers to implement HR strategies that align with our organisational goals. Empowering managers to lead with confidence, inspire their teams, and tackle employee concerns with clarity and care.Another core aspect of my role is working in partnership with the HR Director to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans. This includes formulating stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change, ultimately supporting the organisation’s mission and objectives. Key Achievements:Directed redundancy consultation processes in line with UK employment law, including collective and individual consultations, and redeployment options. Developed and rolled out support programmes including outplacement services, manager training, and mental health resources during transition periods.I spearheaded a Learning & Development Project aimed at addressing the organisation’s training needs. This project involved overseeing the sourcing of training providers and establishing a comprehensive library of training programs to enhance employee skill sets and support professional growth. I was instrumental in providing comprehensive HR support to MedCity, a subsidiary company, from March 2020 to March 2023. This position involved close collaboration with the CEO to align HR initiatives with organisational goals and drive strategic workforce planning. I directed and facilitated the successful transfer of employees under TUPE regulations.I successfully mitigated the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the organisation, by coordinating essential furlough processes. This initiative ensured compliance with government regulations and facilitated the accurate calculation of furlough payments, safeguarding both employee welfare and organisational integrity.
