Project Manager: Prepare bids and proposals; Allocate resources (human, budget, etc.); Monitor the technical completion, in terms of specifications, plans, reports, etc, for projects including road geometry, storm water discharge, culverts, traffic studies, site development analysis; Monitor the completion of project in terms of quality, time, cost and scope; Prepare timely reports, budgets and other important information. International Consultant: Develop good contacts with external and internal clients; Improve work environment continually and facilitate skills and information transfer. Construction Manager: Reviewing and approving the contractor’s proposed quality plan; Maintaining continuous inspection of works at site and issuing the necessary remedial notes for any defected works observed; Approving of method statements for various items prior to their commencement on site; Monitoring the enforcement of safety issues on site and reporting immediately on any violation; Reviewing the contractual validity of any claim for variation orders and issuing recommendations to the Resident Engineer; Preparing monthly reports and participating in site meetings. Designer: Prepare the geometry design for highway infrastructure according to Canadian standards, ASSHTO, etc; Prepare the geometry design for light rail network; Prepare highway drainage design; Prepare and verify the plans and the specifications; Estimate and verify the quantities and the unit prices used in the construction costs. Computer: Create software to process as virtual library; Develop programs to facilitate designing. Quality: Work according to ISO standards as well as the proper quality system of the company.
