ABOUT LILLIAN THEIS
Hello! I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a specialization is public law at UC San Diego, following a pre-law track. My academic journey is complemented by my intention to obtain a Juris Doctor and develop a career as an attorney.Throughout my academic and extracurricular involvement, I have cultivated strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. As president and student coach for the UCSD Speech and Debate Team, I have gained hands-on experience in mentoring, public speaking, and critical thinking. In addition, I serve as the Head Coach for the Francis Parker School Speech and Debate Team, where I develop and implement a comprehensive coaching curriculum for over 30 high school students. My efforts have led to increased participation and notable student engagement in social and political issues. I am deeply committed to advancing social justice and empowering student voices.
