My strong technical background in product/service development and organizational excellence has further equipped me to be a thought leader and overcome complex business and human capital challenges associated with change management, process improvement, and risk mitigation. AVP, Strategy and Planning, Solutions Delivery and Production ManagementAs a core member of the leadership team, I strategized, oversaw, and executed outcome-based planning, product development, and talent development projects for the global application maintenance and support organization. Defining the agile transformation of the team was key transformational program for this role. Among the many other highlights were leading the multi-year global IT rebranding for MetLife and co-developing the IT strategy for the company’s retail spinoff. My extensive experience and enterprising skill set led me to be a leader for the Solutions Delivery Team of project managers, project leads and business systems analysts, to deliver IT projects that support our organization\'s goals. I was also a key leader in the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding of associates in our new site which consisted of behavioral-based interviewing, development and facilitation of onboarding workshops. I enjoy championing and sponsorship of collaboration workgroups and mentoring sessions.
