ABOUT LILI DOWDEN

I am a highly motivated, ambitious, hard-working and determined individual. I have a friendly outgoing nature with a keen interest in people/human psychology, sports and marketing. One of my main motivations is to be able to help people, which is why I find recruitment so rewarding. I started working at an exceptionally young age in the equine industry and throughout the years I developed my skillset; specialising in producing horses for sale, training/coaching all types of riders and horses and the sourcing and sales of horses. Additionally, I managed small teams and assisted in the development of my junior colleagues. Throughout this time, I developed my ability to work under pressure, manage client relationships, coaching skills and communication techniques.Following a debilitating injury that put me out of action at the end of 2020, with an ever inquisitive mind, I jumped at the opportunity to gain more office experience with an end goal of being able to translate my skills into a brand new industry and career. Whilst at Kings Bounty Equine Practice I gained valuable experience in administration and marketing. Additionally, I took on extra responsibilities for employee wellbeing and charity fundraising. One of my personal highlights was organising and hosting an interview for an online educational evening in aid of the Red Cross for the Ukraine War.I thrive in a fast paced environment and therefore, I am enjoying being a part of the aviation recruitment industry. I am grateful to have the opportunity to develop myself personally and professionally whilst helping others find the next steps in their career with Aeroprofessional.
