From concept to execution, I ensure every event brings people together in purposeful ways- Develop innovative event formats (e.g. MEET-UPs with guest speakers)- Organise monthly internal training events such as the “Taleo Academy”- Manage event logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site execution- Monitor event performance through ROI tracking and participant feedback- Oversee event budgets and maintain detailed expense recordsINTERNAL COMMUNICATION:I craft clear and compelling communication that informs, inspires, and unites employees across the organization. Partnering closely with HR and leadership, I help cultivate a positive culture by delivering messages that inspire learning and reinforce core values- Develop engaging content for commercial and training presentations- Produce monthly newsletters that keep teams informed and connected- Support learning initiatives through content design and coordination- Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen company culture through communication- Ensure clarity and consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across internal platformsEXTERNAL COMMUNICATION & SOCIAL MEDIA:I develop authentic digital storytelling that builds meaningful connections with our wider community. Through targeted social media strategies and creative content, I enhance visibility while supporting our employer brand and values- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost visibility and engagement- Create content aligned with our voice for LinkedIn and Instagram (infographics, carousels, videos, Instagram Reels…)
